St. Regis Folder

St. Regis is the tallest residential building in Chicago with very high end condiminiums, many with spectacular lake & city views. The Client needed to produce an elegant proftolio that was in line with the St. Regis branding. We accomplished this exclusive look by making the cover a double thick cover, creating a center 9" large capacity pocket to hold various sales materials the creating a closure that looked invisible inside the front cover when closed. The Spot UV gloss laminate just added to that elegant feel and Silver Foil of the logos finished the look.
